We are an authorized retailer of all products we sell, therefore every purchase includes the full

original manufacturer’s warranty. 


Warranty policies vary from brand to brand.  If you believe you have an item eligible for warranty

service, please contact us with the item name, date of purchase, and the original packing slip or

shipping confirmation.  We will assist you in the process, usually by contacting the manufacturer

on your behalf. Typically, you will be required to send the item directly to the manufacturer (at

your cost), and the manufacturer will decide what to do.  If they warranty your item or decide to

send you a new item, it will be shipped directly to you at no cost to you.  If they deny your claim,

it will be between you and the manufacturer to decide what to do with your item.  We will do

everything we can to help in the warranty process, but ultimately it is up to the manufacturer to

approve or deny any claim.
